Before the Season Begins

(a) Moving out of the area (letter from employer is required for verification); ( b) Unable to ski due to medical reason (letter from doctor is required for verification).  A bookkeeping fee of $20.00 will be deducted from refund.  Allow 30 days for refund.

 

After the Season Starts

If unable to ski due to medical reason (letter from doctor is required for verification).  Within 1st 10 days of operation & written notification - 70%, up to 20 days & written notification - 40%, up to 40 days & written notification - 20%, after 40 days - 0%.  A bookkeeping fee of $20.00 will be deducted from refund.  Allow 30 days for refund.  No refunds after December 1, unless it is a medical issue.
