Besides having your unit ready and waiting for you with your schedule, you can also visit Hope Lake Lodge as much as you like on a "space available basis".  Within 72 hours or less of a desired stay you can call us, and as long as the hotel is less then 90% occupied you can stay in a unit like you own or smaller for just the housekeeping fee. 


Trade Your Time With RCI

As an added benefit for our owners, we have affiliated the resort with RCI, Resort Condominiums International. As an owner with your RCI membership you have the opportunity to trade as many of your 13 weeks each year through RCI to visit one of the over 4000 affiliated resorts worldwide. As an owner at a Gold Crown Resort (RCI's highest designation) and one of only 2 indoor waterpark properties in RCI; our owners have great trade potential.


Optional Rental Program

As and owner you will love our optional rental program. Simply let us know what time your family will be personally using and when you would like us to rent it for you. Our State of the Art Reservation system used by thousands of hotels takes care of the rest. This rental options allows you to rent the time you are not personally using, to help offset your ownership costs.
