Greek Peak Mountain Resort gives you the knowledge, skill and fun memories of going downhill, for the best deal possible! LEARN TO SKI OR RIDE FOR $25.00! Greek Peak and Whiteface Mountain want you to see just how much fun it is to hit the slopes and learn to turn.

For $25.00 , we will take care of everything! We provide skis, boots and poles or a snowboard and boots, a lesson and a lift ticket for the beginner slope!

Mountains of Fun coupons will be in stores the first week of January 2012. This program is available every day with the exception of the following dates: Coming soon...

Note: This program if only available for those ages 7 and up.

We are so sure that you will have a good time, we arranged for you to come back a second and third time, all at considerable savings. If this sounds like a great way to relieve those winter blues, just do the following:

1. Pick up your Coupon

...at any of the ski shops, McDonalds® restaurants, Tops Markets/P&C Food Stores, Tim Horton's or Dick's Clothing and Sporting Goods stores listed here. These coupons entitle first timers to enjoy a specially priced day of skiing or boarding.

 

2. Bring your Coupon to Greek Peak Mountain Resort

 

3. On your First Day...

...you will receive a lift ticket for the beginner slope (Magic Carpet, Boardwalk & Chair 3 lifts only), then the rental shop fits you with skis, boots and poles or a snowboard and boots. A Professional Ski & Ride School Instructor will get you started on the right foot with your lesson starting at the Time Warner Cable Meeting Spot.

Lessons meet Midweek at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00, 5:30 pm & 7:00. Weekend/Holiday Lessons meet every 1 hour between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, 5:30 pm & 7:00 pm. Lessons start at the TIME WARNER CABLE Meeting Spot.  Soon you'll be skiing or riding with confidence!

 

4. On your Second Day...

...you've caught the fever, and you can't wait to get back out on the slopes. The resort is ready with a second exciting day of skiing/riding for just $25. Day Two also includes rental equipment, lesson and a lift ticket good for the beginner slope (Magic Carpet, Boardwalk & Chair 3 lifts only).

 

5. On your Third Day...

...you are sharpening your new skills and are ready for more.  After your third time, still only $25.00, you will be eligible for discounts* to Greek Peak and Whiteface Mountain.

 

6. Your First Winter Vacation...

Congratulations! After your third visit to any of the Mountains of Fun resorts, you're ready to set off on your first skiing vacation. Discover the variety of skiing/riding available in New York State. Challenge yourself on the Olympic trails at Whiteface.

Please Note

  • The Mountains of Fun program is for first-time skiers and boarders only.
  • Minimum age required for the $25.00 offer is 7 years.
  • This program in not redeemable for cash, and is not redeemable during the last three hours of operation.
  • This lift ticket is restricted to certain areas:  Lift Ticket Alpha slope/Chair 3, Magic Carpet & Boardwalk.
  • Third time visitors only receive $75 off either a Greek Peak 11-12 Season Pass or a Greek Peak 12-13 Season Pass, not both. Third time visitors will also receive coupons for 20% off lift tickets to Whiteface Mountain

 

Helpful Tips for Ski & Ride School Guests

  • On busy weekends and holidays, plan to get to the mountain early, especially if you have children enrolling in lessons and/or if you need rental equipment.
  • Parents enrolling in the Rossignol Junior Ski & Ride School programs are urged to arrive on time.
  • To insure the best results for your child and you, please give accurate information (ages, abilities, etc.) to our experienced staff.
  • Please remember that one parent should remain on the mountain while a child is in any program, or should be reachable by phone in case of an emergency. (Medical Release Forms are Available at the Junior Ski & Ride School.)
  • Dress in layers; more is better than less.
  • When it is extremely cold on the mountain due to temperature or wind chill, classes will take frequent breaks to prevent frostbite.
  • Remember to use sunscreen and protective eyewear on sunny days.
