BARTENDER – HIGH VOLUME – (SEASONAL)

Salary:                    $10.00 hourly – plus tips

SUMMARY: Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring bartenders with FAST PACED – HIGH VOLUME EXPERIENCE for the 24-25 winter ski season. This is a seasonal position that will start in December. We have flexible daytime and evening shifts available. Must be at least 21 years old and have weekend availability. Employees who work a minimum of 2 shifts per week are eligible for a $15 employee season pass with complimentary rentals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet and speak with our guests in a professional, friendly manner. *  

2. Follow established bartending/serving guidelines.*

3. Deliver food & beverages that are attractively presented, smells and tastes good and is at the correct temperature. If the food does not meet this criterion, follow established procedures for returning it to the kitchen staff.*

4. Clear dirty glassware and dishes from bar areas as soon as possible following established procedures.*                                                                                  

5. Maintain orderly, clean and safe work area, dining and bar storage facilities.*

6. Properly refresh bar area with items as needed.*

7. Completes any side work duties as required or requested in order to better serve and accommodate our guests.*

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Must have weekend availability
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
5. Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
6. Able to show initiative and make decisions
7. Willingness to work a varied work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
