WATERPARK MAINTENANCE

Job Title:                Waterpark Maintenance
Reports To:           Waterpark Management
FLSA Status:          Non-Exempt
Salary:                    $15 to $18 hr (experience based)

Summary: 
Come work where you play throughout the year. Greek Peak Mountain Resort is currently looking for a Maintenance individual for our Cascades Waterpark. This position is Full-Time and requires you to be over the age of 18.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
(Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Maintains pool quality through daily testing, analysis and treatment.
2. Maintains all recordkeeping of daily pool testing and treatment.
3. Assists in the preventative maintenance program on a daily, weekly, monthly and as needed basis.
4. Reports to the Maintenance Manager any safety issues that may need immediate attention if unable to fix.
5. Responds to all guest requests and complaints and follow up to ensure guest’s satisfaction.
6. Monitor’s buildings and grounds around the Waterpark area to ensure a neat, clean and safe environment.
7. Follows established resort policies safety procedures including the proper handling and storage of chemicals.
8. Inventories spare equipment frequently to ensure quick response on typical repairs and maintenance.
9. Attends any departmental or employee meetings as required.
10. Performs any corrective maintenance on resort property as requested by management.
11. Performs other maintenance duties on the resort as needed

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety data sheets.
3. Ability to give instructions to guests
4. Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
5. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
6. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
7. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at this time we do not offer H1B sponsorships.
8. Must be able to work high humidity area.
9. Must be able to lift 50lbs and push 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
