Below are the dates for the 2025 OEC Instructor refreshers.
You will need to complete the online portion prior to registering for the in-person skills session. If you cannot attend one of these instructor refreshers… you will need to complete a refresher elsewhere prior to teaching. Check the Refresher page for the list of other OEC refreshers in the area.

Get your 2025 OEC Refresher Cycle C – Instructor Toolkit, which is now available in the Learning Center:

- Log into your NSP account
- Go to the Center for Learning
- Click on Browse Catalog button
- In the search bar, type ” toolkit “
- Scroll to 2025 OEC Refresher Cycle C – Instructor Toolkit … and click on Enroll
- New window will open, and click on Launch
- New window will open, the page will appear blank; on the left side, click on the bottom item on the list
- You will now see an extensive list of links that will support your teaching at our refresher.
We will be having our get-together, ‘mini-refresher’ at the Patrol building – TBD (an evening in October)
2025 Cycle C OEC Refresher…
Please note:
- The stations below are to be purely ‘hands-on,’ NO lecturing if at all possible… this is a High Efficiency refresher!
- Each station is set for 25 min (if we need more time per station, let’s discuss).
- We will be averaging approximately 10-12 students per station.
- There are items that MUST be covered at each station (ie. manage shock, use BSI, etc.)
- Agenda – 7:30 am registration; 8 am Welcome; 8:30 am stations start; 12 noon Lunch
