Waterfalls Spa’s hours vary depending upon resort occupancy and holidays. 20% gratuity is automatically added to each service.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling
All pre-existing appointments/reservations must be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full services and gratuity. A credit card is needed to reserve all services at the time of booking.
General Spa Manners
To provide the most relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for clients, Waterfalls Spa requires that cell phones have ringers and tones silenced. We ask all clients to please be aware of their noise level while enjoying time in the common areas of the spa. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete the client questionnaire. Your answer will help us customize the service and offer more personalized treatment.
