Lost & Found Policy

Greek Peak Mountain Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are solely responsible for always securing their belongings while on resort property, including in lodges, parking areas, lift lines, and all activity areas.

Items turned in to Lost & Found will be cataloged and held for a limited time. While we will make every reasonable effort to reunite found items with their owners, we do not guarantee the recovery or condition of any item. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after 30 days.

By visiting Greek Peak Mountain Resort, you acknowledge and accept that the resort bears no liability for personal property losses, in accordance with New York State General Obligations Law and applicable statutes.
