What gift cards can be used for:
Easy to use on-site (in person)
Greek Peak gift cards work great in person for:
- Food & beverage
- Retail purchases
- Waterfalls Spa services
Just present the barcode, QR code, or 16-digit code at checkout.
Using a gift card for activities booked online:
Because gift cards are processed through a 3rd party vendor, they can’t be applied directly in our online activity checkout system. (The systems don’t connect.)
Good news: we can help you redeem your gift card by converting it into the right coupon(s) inside your Greek Peak account so you can check out properly.
Step 1: Create your Greek Peak online account.
You’ll need a Greek Peak account before we can add coupons for activity redemption.
Step 2: Email us to redeem for activities
Email: giftcardredeem@greekpeakmtnresort.com.
Please include:
- First & last name
- Phone number
- Activity + desired activity date
- Gift card number (optional, but helpful)
A representative will reach out by phone or email to finalize the redemption.

Important note about time/date-specific activities:
Some activities require exact date/time selection, and the process may need to be handled over the phone to make sure everything is set correctly.
Also, activities that can sell out (like lessons, zip lines, and waterpark admission) are best redeemed before you arrive so you don’t miss your preferred time.
What happens after you email us (example: lift tickets)
For certain activities (like lift tickets), we’ll place coupon(s) in your account so you can complete checkout online and reduce the total to $0.
When you arrive, bring your confirmation and a team member can help you finalize what’s needed on-site.
Gift cards are sold through a 3rd party vendor. At this time, those gift cards can’t be applied directly in our online activity checkout (our activity system is separate). To use a gift card for lift tickets, lessons, waterpark admission, zipline, or other activities you book online: create/login to your Greek Peak account, then email giftcardredeem@greekpeakmtnresort.com with your name, phone number, the activity you want and desired date (gift card number optional). A representative will contact you and place the appropriate coupon(s) in your account so you can check out online for $0 (process may vary for date/time-specific activities). For on-site purchases (food & beverage, retail, and spa services) and room stays by phone, simply provide the gift card barcode/QR code or 16-digit code at checkout.
