Booking an Activity Online?
Ski, adventure center and waterpark products run through a separate booking system, so we send you a voucher for these activities before you arrive.

Why can’t I use my gift card directly at checkout for activities?
Gift cards run on a separate system from activity bookings, so we add the credit to your account manually.
Do I need an account?
Only for online activity redemption. Not needed for in person purchases at food, retail, or spa.
Can I use a gift card for a room stay?
Yes. Call us and we’ll apply it to your reservation over the phone.
I don’t have my gift card number. Can you still help?
Yes. Your name and the activity details are enough for us to look it up.
